incorrect email

Hello

My Chihiros app has been working fine until today, but now I wanted to change something and had to log in again.

No problem, I'll just do it... I thought.
Suddenly I'm getting the message "Incorrect email address."

I always use the same email address, so I find this very strange.

Is this a known issue at the moment?

After 300 attempts, I managed to log in again. Each time, I got the same message "incorrect email address," but suddenly it took longer, and I got an "unknown error," and then I could log in again.

All the devices and tanks were missing, but they're back now.

I don't know what the problem was, but it's working again.

I'll keep an eye on it; if it happens again, I'll report it here.
 
Ok and check whether your phone has enabled features like “auto cleanup” or “background app management.
