Hello,today again added the lift per new,as the monitor was off and only started off after power.Super stable the device. Probably it turned off because of heat.
The power strip has a white screen in the control panel of the app.
Now he has no connection to the internet anymore and the power switch flashes constantly.
How can I reset the connector to enter my wifi data again? On the powerbutton I pressed longer to start meu,but the wifi is not reset.
This allows the power switches in the app to and off without function.
I haven't had such a working hardware for a long time.
 
About the smart power strip, delete it from Device list page.
Unplug then replug in to search in the app.

You can record a video for our technicians to check.

Hello,that's what I did.But it doesn't appear in my network.It must be possible to reset the plug bar to work condition.As if you have the plug bar just new.
Remove from the app and add it does not work.
 
App couldn't find the Smart Power Strip?
Or app could find it, but app couldn't show your Wi-Fi name?
Or app could find it, and app could show your Wi-Fi name, but when you enter Wi-Fi password, the Smart Power Strip couldn't get connected?

2. Provide login email of the app.
3. Device ID number of the power Strip.
