Hello! The Chihiros A II 801 Max LED lamp has ceased to be defined as a Bluetooth device. And if it is detected, it is not connected. It asks for a password, although the password was not set. Please help me.

The connection is working. The signal has appeared. But the brightness of the lamp does not give out as before. It shines by 5-10%. I used the nRF Connect app - the lamp sees. Please send it by e-mail patrik_rus@mail.ru video, instructions, NEWC2UPDAT file to restore the lamp to 100% working capacity%

What do you mean "It shines by 5-10%"? Didn't you slide more percentages?

No matter how many percent of the brightness is set in the application, visually it is a maximum of 10 percent.

How can I return the luminaire to its previous brightness level?

Use Manual mode, slide the percentage from 0% to the max, see how the light reacts and record a video for technicians to check.
Please also take a screenshot of the Device Information page in the app which includes Device ID and Firmware version.

Hello! I am sending the information. As you can see, when you manually change the brightness, its intensity practically does not change. How to solve it?

Remove the bluetooth controller, connect the light directly to the power adapter, see if the light gets more brighter.

Hello! With this connection, the glow does not get brighter.

Technicians said you can take a clear photo of the specifications on the power adapter.

Please

Suspect it's a problem of the power adapter but not really sure.
1. Check if there is a tiny green indicator light on the power adapter, is it stable or flashing?
2. Do you have other Chihiros light?
3. When and where did you get the light?

Yes, there is an indicator. It shines steadily. There are no other lamps. Bought in March, in Russia, the Ozon store. Before such a dim glow began, the lamp could sometimes turn off for a few seconds or shine unstably - it blinked. What does it mean?

If you bought it in March, 2024, there still the 1 year warranty.
You can ask the store you bought from to replace you a power adapter.

Hello! You are an official representative and technical specialist of CHIHIROS AQUATIC STUDIO LIMITED. Please send a company report confirming the malfunction. A document that I can rely on when communicating with the seller for exchange. Thanks for understanding

I examined the power supply connected to the network separately. The device showed that there is a voltage. 36 V. Connected the Bluetooth module. Also 36 V. It turns out that the malfunction is in the lamp itself?

Sorry technicians confirmed the problem but didn't make any report, we are just paraphrasing him.
You can just take screenshots of our messages to the store, authorized store must send you replacement within 1 year warranty.

Or you can send the light to the store, let them fix it for you.
Since you don't have other light to test, most likely it's the problem of the power adapter.

Hello! We used a different power adapter with the same characteristics. Nothing has changed. The brightness changes, but the glow continues to be very dim. What to do?
