Heater Pro low wattage

Hello,
I have problem with heater - it won’t heat more than around 430w. 230 v 50 hz eu version. I tried to reconnet device, cleaning but nothing helps.

It's EU version Heater Pro.
Does your voltage meet the 220-240V?
If yes you can ask the seller for after-sale service.
