I received my Heater Pro (US version) today and noticed some unusual behavior:
Is this normal behavior? It doesn’t seem like it, and I’d appreciate your guidance.
PS: I've made a video as well, to show how temperature changes after device restart. The temperature immediately drops by 1 degree Celsius.
PPS: OK. And just to add more details. The heater now seems to be frozen again, but this time, the Bluetooth icon is now constantly on (not blinking). I am NOT able to connect to the heater from the app, and it is grayed out in the app. Doesn't show up in the list of bluetooth devices as well.
- The initial setup and connection worked fine, and the heater functions as expected through the app.
- After some time, the Bluetooth icon on the heater’s display turns off, and I can no longer connect to the device unless I restart it.
- The heater also seems to freeze—the displayed temperature doesn’t change, and it doesn’t appear to be operating, even as the outside temperature changes ( temperature doesn't get updated, the light bar is always green and power consumption is always at 0 watts).
- When I restart the heater, the temperature updates (and is lower than before the restart), Bluetooth reconnects, and the heater begins working again.
- But after some time, the Bluetooth icon turns off, and the same issues recur.
