Hello, I bought this week the Chihiros Led Background, but I cant install the update... It´s always on 1%. Do I ignore it or am I doing something wrong?

It stuck on 1% and not process any more?
Make sure update your phone version to the latest and also the app version to the latest 2.6.37.

If it can't help, change a phone to update the firmware.

I have exactly the same issue since purchase of an Led Background a year ago, was anyone able to figure out how to update the firmware?

LED Background light has no firmware update, it's an interface showing issue, just ignore it.
