Hello.
My dosing pump can no longer connect to the app. It also doesn’t show up in the NRF Connect app.

Check the power adapter, when you plug in, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?
Take a photo of the SN code on the pump.

Technicians said you can plug out the power supply for a few minutes then plug back in to search again.
Make sure insert well the DC cable to the pump.

The device has no problem.
It was connected by the phone not the app.
You can totally close the app from phone backend then open it again to search and connect.

I’ve tried that.
The app was also completely uninstalled and reinstalled.
Is there a way to completely reset the pump?

Do you use Wifi Hub?
If yes you can check if the pump is connected by the hub, or check your phone setting page to see if the pump is connected by the phone bluetooth.
If it's connected by each, the app couldn't detected it, need to disconnect it at first.

No, I’m not using a Wi-Fi hub.

I already turned off my iPhone and tried connecting with a different iPhone that has a newly installed app and new account, but without success.

I even took the pump to another location to make sure nothing in my home environment might be trying to connect to it, but unfortunately, that didn’t help either.

I bought the pump in September last year, and it worked without issues for about 3–4 months. Then I had to take it out of operation because my aquarium developed a leak. So, the pump has been stored for about 9 months without any power supply or battery.

Check your phone bluetooth setting page, if the pump is connected by phone bluetooth, disconnect it.
The blue indicator light keeps stable means it is connected by some bluetooth, need to disconnect it then search in the app.

You can also take it to the store you bought from and ask them to help you to operate with your phone.

I already mentioned that I turned off my iPhone and tried with a different phone. The pump doesn’t appear in my Bluetooth settings.

The pump simply won’t enter pairing mode.

Here’s the issue: I bought the pump on Amazon, but the seller is no longer reachable.

Could you send me a replacement pump?

No, we only provide replacements for customers who bought directly from our official online store.
And your device has no problem, all indicators are working normally. Other bluetooth connected your pump so app couldn't detect it. You can find it to disconnect.

I just tried again in a location 6 km away.
The blue LED still lights up solid immediately, and I can’t find the pump in the app.
And the pump is definitely not connected to my phone.
Is the circuit board available as a replacement part?

Technicians said the solid blue indicator means it was connected by a bluetooth.
No that replacement part.

I just drove 6 km away, with my own phone turned off, and tried with a different phone.

The pump has never been in this location before, so I can definitely rule out that anything is connecting to the pump.
