Doser dumped full bottle

My 6 months old doser dumped one full channel of 650ml of fertilizer suddenly overnight!! Now i cant trust it anymore!! After restarting the pump stopped running continuously but what stops it to happen again??

How can i replace the device? I am in India got it from authorized reseller

What's your settings? Take screenshots of that channel settings.
Take screenshot of the Device Information page which includes device ID number and Firmware version.
