I just got the dosepump Mate and the app will not detect it. I enabled all permissions. The indicator light on the power supply is a steady green color, but on the app nothing comes up. I already tried unplugging it, letting it sit for 30 minutes and plugging it back in. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Nothing works. Any solution or should I return it?

Did you insert the DC cable firmly to the pump?
Take a photo of the SN code on the back of the pump.
Is there a flashing blue indicator light on the back of the pump?

Yes I made sure the DC cable was connected properly. There is no indicator light on the pump at all.
