Device can't connect - Chihiros A351

Hey there, thanks for your help :)

I have a quite old Chihiros A351 I wanted to use again, but after some years of not using it, I can't connect it to Chihiros' App anymore.
First, it tooks me several days to succed making the App finds it. I had a really hard time. But now that I finaly have it in my devices list, it keep saying it's not connected. I tried to unplug it many times. I waited and waited, I tried to restart the App itself, I tried to turn of and on my bluetooth and localisation. I restarted my phone... Nothing helps.
PS: My other device is perfectly working (a Z-light Tiny).
I have a Samsung S21FE

Do you think I need to buy another dimmer because it's too old?

You use the Bluetooth controller Commander 1?
You can try to delete the device in app Device list page, unplug the bluetooth controller for a few minutes then plug back in to search and connect.
 
You can download an app nRF Connect to scan the devices.
If there is no that light need to replace a controller.
An app found it but when I try to connect through it, it disconnects immediatly (see img bellow). I guess I need to buy a new one?
