Hello. 2 days ago my wifi hub stopped connecting to the 2.4 ghz wifi network. I changed the router settings based on the comments in this thread. I have two identical hubs and the same issue occurs with both of them. Nothing seems to work and even when I connect to a mobile hotspot, the dragon icon remains on in the app. Additionally my iphone stops loading data when I connect to mobile LTE internet and the app only works on wifi. Please help me resolve this issue!!!IMG_6616.jpegIMG_6618.pngIMG_6615.pngIMG_6617.jpg

Technicians asked:
The Wifi Hub network and server are working fine.
What color does the hub's indicator light appear when it can't connect? Red or green?
If it stops loading when connected to an LTE network, did you disable the app's cellular data access feature? You need to check this in your phone's settings.

The “my chihiros” app on mobile internet LTE only works when the VPN is turned on. My region is Russia. The app works fine through a wi-fi router. However, the hub cannot connect to any network. When you click on the dragon for 5 seconds, the dragon on the hub turns red. Then, the color flashes green whenever the hub tries to connect to a network after entering the network password. The wi-fi hub sees the networks, but it cannot connect to any of them, and it keeps loading. Two days ago, everything worked perfectly, as shown in the attached photo. Now it can't connect to any network.

If your router and LAN firewall haven't been modified, based on the description, it seems your ISP is blocking our server.
Please wait a while and try again.

In general, the problem is widespread. We've tried different providers. We've contacted internet service providers about blocking chihiros services. There are no restrictions on their part. We've tested both Android and iOS smartphones. All of them have issues with connecting to LTE networks and wifi providers. We're unable to connect to the IoT server. I hope you're not intentionally blocking the 1 wifi hub. We don't have the Hub Pro available for purchase, and until it's on the shelves, we need to support older devices. I love your products, but this is unacceptable.

The problem should not be on our side.
Technicians have tested the old Wifi Hub server and there is no problem with the connection and communication. The certificates are also valid.
And other customers don't have the same problem as you.
