i bought a cooling fan today, it connected properly in the app and was even working. Later it asked for an update and i went for it but as the update got stuck i had force shut the app and since than the fan is not working and neither i can pair it in devices in the app. What is to be done to solve this?

Totally close the app My Chihiros from phone backend. Download an app nRF Connect to scan all the devices, take screenshots of all the devices it finds on Scanner page.

This is the fan, cannot interrupt it during firmware update.
Provide the SN code on the fan.
Provide your email addess, will send you the firmware to manually update.
