Commander 1 Stealth

My commander 1 on a901 ceiling light has become invisible both in my Chihiros that in the application Nfr connect. The my Chihiros app has all permissions enabled and I tried to restart the phone and turn off the ceiling light but without success. I can see the commander from the nfr connect application only when I disconnect the power but the phone does not connect and when I give power again it disappears. Only yesterday I managed to connect once and it did the firmware update but then I couldn't do it anymore.
Power problem or the commander damaged?

Light model is A 901?
Show us the SN code.
And devices on nRF Connect.

Yes, the light is the a901. There is no SN code and there is no device in the nRF Connect application but as soon as I turn off the power the commander appears for a few seconds but does not connect and the light goes out

nRF Connect could detect the light, firmware update has no problem.
This is the light.

You can unplug for sometime to try again.
Make sure open all permissions.
Put your phone close to the light.
Remove any metal items which could block signals.
