Chihiros WRGB II 10th ed 90 light intensity setting for 45cm tank?

My tank is 90cmx45cmx45cm I purchased the WRGB II 10th anniversary 90 light. I have Co2 being injected and dose fertilizer. It is currently medium planted with ADA aqua soil. What light output % should I be using and ramping up towards? I currently have it set at 35%.

If it’s a newly planted tank, use 20%-30% brightness.
Add 5% each week for the growth.
When it’s mature, use the preset mode, Red, Green, Buce…Choose the one you like the most and adjust it slightly like by +-5%.
