Hello, I got a chihiros universal 1500 wrgb. I setted the photoperiod in the app It goes well for some days but then everytime every 3 or 4 days I find the lamp doesn't turn on whene have to or the lamp remains on after the photoperiod is over. When it does this I open the app and can't find the device anymore and everytime I have to unplig the device for 15 min and then restart from the beginning. It has been 2 months i bought it and every 3 or 4 days I find this problem. I have open bluetooth and gps on with authorization. I asked the seller and didn't receive answer I don't know what more to do I don't want to throw away a 360 euros lamp. Thank you if you can help me.

Power outage or power cut issue.
Or you use a smart plug.
Need to keep power on always for the light, otherwise it loses memory.

I will check this but why when this happens I can't find the device in the app even if the lamp is turned on and enlighted?
