Hi,
Whose idea was it to make metal jet pro inflo pipe without the extending pipes? And the extension pipes are out of stock?

The inflow without extension is so close to the top that 1-2 inch of water loss from rim and the whirlpool starts forming pulling in air.

When the choice is between "Form" vs. "Function" one needs to make sure the basic function of the product is not compromised.

I am left with a set of inflows that can't be left unattended over long periods without the extension pipes...And the extension pipes are out of stock for LPro size.

Who is to blame?

If your tank height is above 50cm, 20cm pipe is short, need to add the extend pipe.
The out of stock issue is our fault and we are trying our best to produce.

Chihiros should have included one extension pipes as a standard or specified the feasible height requirement. Standard inflows don't come this short. For the price, it feels like a sneaky move. Over the years, we have come to trust the brand. These small things shape our user experience, kindly be mindful.

The product setup should not be incomplete. We are already paying a good premium for these hoping for a stress free experience. Kindly ensure these extend pipes are available at your dealers. Eagerly waiting for those extend pipes at Bangalore.

I am also patiently awaiting an announcement on the restock for these pipes. I have a Dry Start going at the moment, but I will need to flood it soon. Would very much like to use these as the in/out pipes, but I can only wait so long. Keeping my fingers crossed it will be within the next few weeks.

The Pro pipe set has been discontinued due to rust issue.

So what about the product I bought that I can't use? I need that to be compensated or replaced. This is very disappointing, especially coming from Chihiros. How do I return these pipes or get a refund?

You can check with local stores who has them in stock.

No one has them in stock, that's why I have been waiting for the past two months for an update. It is Chihiros's moral responsibility to provide quality products, and in case of issues the customer has to be compensated with a refund or a replacement for the problematic product.
I pointed out a challenge I faced and now you are confirming an additional problem of rusting. It's listed as stainless steel pipe, isn't it? Then how is this happening?

If you have discontinued the product due to your product issues, please let me know how will the Chihiros team resolve my issue? Will you handle the refund directly OR compensate with other chihiros product OR send new inflow outflow pipes that are rectified?

Expecting Chihiros to respond appropriately.
