My chihiros wifi hub’s light lit up red or not connected.

I tried to connect the Hub to my 2.4 ghz network and it wont connect.

Next, I removed the hub from the application and unplug it from the power adaptor for couple hours.

After that, I plug it back in and add it back to the application.
The Hub was added to the application but still cant connect to the network.
now the lights blink red

Dear Chihiros Support,

almost same problems as mentioned above. HUB has constant red light right after connected to power supply. Added to app w/o any problems via BT, but is unable to search for local network signals. App ver. V2.7.6(564), Platform iOS 18.0, host connection freq 2,4GHz. App asked only for BT access permission after first startup therefore I'm missing the local network discovery permission slide in the iOS app settings for MyChihiros (there should be one I guess). Screenshots added. Many thanks in advance for help.

Update the app to the latest version in App Store.
