It works automatically not all the time.
If you plant more you can use plant mode.

I am not sure that I have problem with it. Before 10 days it had an update for it. Before update every 3-4 its start to work. then its have a time for 40-50 min. don't work. after I make the update I didn't see to work the mesh reactor. the temperature is showing. correct . I bout from you new mesh reactor but it's the same. where can be the problem ? I restart It and remove from plug but it's the same .

The screen will count down the time, is the countdown normal?
After the countdown, it will also display the working time. When the screen shows working, does the mesh reactor work? You can take a picture of the screen.

You got a firmware update of the new doctor?
As for the new device, what settings did you set? You can show us a video how you operate in the app and what would the doctor unit and mesh reactor react?

Hi, i just received chihiros doctor 5. It had worked 1 or 2 times then nothing. When i look at the connector it seems strange with one pin not out.
