Chihiros 2.5l kit , can' remove the cap from the bottle

Dear all,

I wanted to refill my co2 kit,I tried to remove the top of the 2,5l bottle but it is stucked, can't move a milimeter on it, Pressure is 0 on the bottle.
Is there any tip or trick how to make it move?
