Cannot login the app (iOS26.1)

Why can’t I log in via iOS 26.1? Also, I can’t register another account. There is no feedback on the login page when I use google or Apple ID login

Change app language to English, turn off VPN, switch Wi-Fi to Cellular or hotspot to try.

My friend's phone was able to login (iPhone 12), but that's my friend's phone, not my phone. I don't have spare phones for this.

You can check if your phone blocked the My Chihiros app.
