Cannot login and cannot create a new account

Hi! I cannot log in and I cannot create an account at all.

I tried Apple login, Google login, Other login, Sign Up.
For Other login and Sign up, the fields for text input do not work at all.

Phone model: iPhone 17 Pro
iOS Version: 26.2.1
My Chihiros app version: 2.8.38.

I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
VPN is OFF.
I tried with Wi-Fi.
I tried with mobile data.
I restarted phone.

My Chihiros app has access to mobile data: yes.
My Chihiros app has access to bluetooth: yes.
My Chihiros app has access to notifications: yes.
My Chihiros app has access to background app refresh: yes.

With Apple login: I go through the login, and the app sends me back to the login options.
With Google login: I go through the login, and the app sends me back to the login options.
With "other login": the fields for username/password are grey, and the keyboard does not appear if I tap them.
With "Sign up": the fields for username/password/etc are grey, and the keyboard does not appear if I tap them.

What else can I try? Or is it a problem in the app?

You can try to use another phone.
Or check if your phone blocked the My Chihiros app.
Or try to use hotspot to login.
Or try to change app language.
