Cannot find my new Bluetooth Doctor under the New Chirhiros app.

I am trying to add this new device to your new "New Chirhiros" app but cannot be found. My bluetooth function on my iPhone has already turned on and the bluetooth light on the machine is flashing, but just cannot locate. please help.

ps. I also tried un-plug and plug back again.

Did you make sure open Location Service for the app My Chihiros?
