I had my the dosing pump connected then moved my tank. I am unable to reconnect the pump. I have all given the app every permission in Android, have tried reinstalling the app, plugging / unplugging many times. I even switched out the battery for a new one. Next I attempted to connect to the pump with my IOS device however that also does not work. Both apps (IOS and Android) can find my Chihiros Vivid light but cannot find the pump. SN 8835012799

1. Check if you plugged in the wrong power adapter.
2. If it's the right one, when you plug in, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?
3. Check the back of the pump, is there a tiny flashing blue indicator light?
4. Download an app nRF Connect, scan all the device and record a screenvideo or take screenshots of the Scanner pages.
