Blue LED not working in WRGB90 II

Hello! From one day to the other, the majority of the blue LEDs stopped working. I attached the images of the different color LEDs on max light, and the last one is all of them together. I read the forum and i believe its a short circuit, but I can't really decide if the bluetooth controller or the LED beads. Can you please confirm for me? Thank you!

From the last picture, The central several blue led beads got short circuit, need to replace the whole led beads panel.
