Automations keep coming back after deleting them

Hi everyone,

I’m using a Chihiros WRGB II with the My Chihiros app on iPhone.
I have a problem where I delete the automations/light programs in the app, but they keep coming back after closing the app, reopening it, and even after unpairing and pairing the lamp again.

I already tried:

• deleting the automations in the app
• removing the lamp from the app
• force-closing and reopening the app
• unplugging the lamp from power
• pairing it again from scratch

Even so, the old automations are still loaded again.

My question is:
How can I permanently delete the automations from the lamp, or fully reset the device?
Is there a hidden factory reset, or a specific sequence I need to follow?

Unfortunately, Chihiros no longer offers password reset services. That’s really disappointing, considering what a high-priced, high-quality product it is.

Generally there is no that issue, by deleting in the app Device list page and then unplugging it can be resetted, you can try to reinstall the app.
