App saying unknown error

Hi for some reason, today following a power outage, my lights did not turn off at night. I have just tried to get onto my app and it won't let me log in and it says every time, unknown error.

If I go to reset password, it never sends a code and no matter what I try, it just says unknown error.

I really need to get in to set up these lights. I have switched them off at the power point tonight but I don't want to be having to do that every day considering I have spent thousands on these lights!!

Please get your app sorted ASAP. It says I am up to date with updates with the app. I use an Android if that's needed to know too.

Check your login page, is it color background or black?

Thanks, I managed to fix it by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Thanks for getting back to me so soon.
