App notifications won’t clear

On IOS, the notification bubble on my app shows a notification, despite there being nothing in my message centre and no todo lists.
What could it be? How can I get rid of it?

I have logged out of the app, force closed it, then when I open it back up and log back in the notification is still there

Reinstall the app.
