I just purchased my chihiros light. It's been running for about a week on an automatic schedule. It wasn't on one day so I open the app and it says there's a software update so I update it but it kept failing before it was complete. The app was not connecting to bluetooth so I deleted the app multiple times and allowed bluetooth and location while using app. The device is still not found in the app. I turned my phone off and deleted the app and it still does not work. I unplugged the light multiple times and waited 10 minutes before plugging back in. The light is on and green. The app doesnt even show up in my app using location and there is nowhere for me to add location allowance unless I delete the app it will give me a pop up request to use location while using app. Light won't connect, it isn't in the location or bluetooth. Really frustrating. What do I need to do?
I also read multiple of the threads, I downloaded 'nrf connect' and it doesnt seem to be found.
