App Login Problem

Hi,
I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max with the WRGBII and A series light. I've been able to use the app properly until today. It logged me out and I cannot log back in due to an "Unknown Error".

I've tried rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app but I still cannot log in. What can I do to fix this?

You can switch the signal from Wi-Fi to mobile data to login, if still not work you can inform your login email, technicians will help to check.
 
I have the same problem. What is going on with the My Chichiros app for android?
It has been impossible to create a new account for several weeks.

The latest version is 2.5.30, you can try to download it from Google Play to log in.

Today 3/4/26 unable to login OR connect with light.
Looked up solutions. Unplugged light for over 15 minutes. Deleted and re-downloaded the app. Still unable to have Bluetooth recognize the light so now I’m unable to even use the several hundred dollar light.
