4-dose pump not showing up in app, seems like firmware update failed?

I have the 4 dose pump and I cannot see it in the Chihiros app. I can see the device in the nRF app, but it is in the DFU/bootloader mode state

I just bought a used reef tank and the device came with the tank. I can see the flashing blue LED, but I cannot connect to it.

That's odd. It looks exactly like the Chihiros, and it functions the same. It says MD Aquarium on it, but that isn't a brand. I think that it's a distributor or something for Chihiro? Do you have any advice? It seems to be the exact same product, and my tank also came with the Chihiros metal stand with the colored dosing bottles (that say Chihiros)

You can ask the seller, Chihiros's devices ID comes with prefix "DY"

So is this a Chihiros clone? It's exactly the same product, but it was rebranded by your distributor? See the photos, there is no brand called MD Aquarium, it's just a sticker sold probably from an aquarium site/store. I can't find any info on this, and there are no other products that look like the Chihiros 4-head doser online!

It's MD Aquarium, cannot use Chihiros app.
