Добрый день. Подскажите, пожалуйста, в автоматическом режиме пропал красный свет, но если переключиться на ручной он есть, но не такой яркий. В чем может быть дело?

In the app, switch to Manual mode, test each color separately, follow below steps:
1. Turn Green and Blue to 0%, slide Red from 0% to the max, how would the Red light show?
2. Turn Red and Blue to 0%, slide Green from 0% to the max, how would the Green light show?
3. Turn Red and Green to 0%, slide Blue from 0% to the max, how would the Blue light show?
1. Turn Green and Blue to 0%, slide Red from 0% to the max, how would the Red light show?
2. Turn Red and Blue to 0%, slide Green from 0% to the max, how would the Green light show?
3. Turn Red and Green to 0%, slide Blue from 0% to the max, how would the Blue light show?

Technicians said it could be a problem of the led beads panel, you can ask the store you bought from to repair.
