Aquarium 75x41x40
the lamp is mounted on legs at a distance of 43 cm from the ground, the lighting mode is 3-3-3
Co2 is supplied
Light: Chihiros WRGB II PRO 60
The aquarium is over a year old
Light from 11 to 20 o'clock (shines 9 hours a day), peak illumination 64%
Plants:
- Glossostigma elatinoides, Hygrophila difformis, Pogostemon octopus, Pogostemon erectus, Trichocoronis rivularis, Ludwigia Peruensis, Eleocharis parvula, Hygrophila pinnatifida.
There is a deer horn, a black beard and a hole in the ground in the aquarium
Please help me set up the light 🙏. Does it make sense to leave the 3-3-3 lighting with a peak, or is it better to set a stable light with dawn and dusk for 1 hour?

This 3-stage mode mimics natural light changes and is generally good for plant growth, but the high blue and light intensity might be encouraging algae in your tank.

Recommend set as below
Stable light periods with gentle transitions give plants predictable conditions while reducing stress that encourages algae. Ramping period helps prevent sudden light spikes that algae love. Lowering blue light helps reduce black beard algae growth, as BBA thrives on strong blue and white light.
Photoperiod: 6-8h per day, sunrise/set 30min or 1h
WRGB settings:
Red: 50–60%
Green: 40–50%
Blue: 25–35%
White: 35–45%

Note
CO2 must be stable and start 1 hour before light ON, end 1 hour before light OFF.
Avoid sudden major changes — adjust intensity gradually over a few days.
Manual removal of algae, and check for spots with poor flow (black beard loves stagnant areas).

"Photoperiod: 6-8 hours per day, sunrise/sunset 30 minutes or 1 hour"
does it turn out to be 6-8 peak hours, and before and after the peak there is a 30-minute or 1-hour attenuation? Not staggered, where is the 3 o'clock peak?

No, ramping hours is in the photoperiod, total photoperiod 6-8h.

I'm sorry, I asked a stupid question. Actually, I wanted to ask about 3-3-3. You recommend 6-8 hours, which includes sunrise and sunset for 30 minutes or an hour. In the lamp settings, this is the Auto tab. And I'm asking if it makes sense to set 3-3-3, where the peak is the setting you recommended, and the first and last 3 and 3 are slow ascents (sunrise and sunset)?

Yes we are talking about the auto settings.
For example:
Light on at 8:00
Sunrise 1h
9:00 to 15:00 settings are set as above percentages
Sunset 1h
Light off at 16:00
