Hello, I cannot figure out why my joint control groups sometimes appear as a group and other time just the individual tanks? Also, when I name the joint control groups the new names do not appear as the new name? Also when I change names of dosing pumps they as also not kept and changed?

I try to buy from your distributor for all of Thailand but they not answer 🙁

Is this the correct installation for the battery. Nothing mentioned in the instructions and I did not notice on the doser

They did not ask me to take a pic of the battery install. Pretty basic stuff but I will do it

I manually dosed because the automatic dose was missed. Where does it show me that a manual dose was done? Why is it missing auto dosing?

Yes I installed the battery. No power loss that I know of. I set up about 4 days ago. See screen shot. Why does it now show the manual dose I did? This happened on pumps 1 and 3
