Hi! Did you get a solution for this? My is not doing anything as well. The reactor only produces some bubbles right at the moment I plugged it to the energy. After this, it doesn’t do anything never again. :(

I have just received my Chihiros Doctor. I have installed the app on my iphone, I have connected to the Doctor via bluetooth, I have set up the device, but the reactor does nothing, never. My TDS is 228. What should I do? Thank you.
