Need the SN code on the Dosing Pump. And you can test the head you bought, blow air into the yellow tube to test for blockage.

The tube inside that pump head got stuck, you can pull the 2 yellow tubes firmly to solve that problem.

Technicians are checking, any update will let you know.

If it's the old version you can match 16/22mm External CO2 Diffuser with 16/22mm Dosing Flow Adapter.

Try to Unplug and plug in the mesh reactor cable, keep inserting the doctor unit to the power adapter, see if the indicator on the power adapter is stable or flickering.
