I have a 40-gallon breeder tank that is 91.4 cm in length, 45.7 cm in width, and 43.2 cm in height (36" x 18" x 17" in inches) and I want to find a light setting that will help my plants grow red and carpet. Everything was recently planted. I have CO2 and will be using liquid fertilizer.

My plant list is:
  • Blyxa Japonica
  • Ludwigia Inclinata Meta
  • Ludwiga Ovalis Pink
  • Rotala Macrandra Pink mini
  • Dwarf Hairgrass
  • Staurogyne repens
  • Crypt Flamingo

WRGB II 90 light on a 91.4x45.7x43.2 cm high tech tank. This light model and size is suitable.
For a newly planted tank, use 20%-30% brightness.
Add 5% each week for the growth.
When it’s mature, use the preset mode, Red, Green, Buce…Choose the one you like the most and adjust it slightly like by +-5%.
