Unable to connect the device with the app which is on latest version both on android and iOS. Adapter is showing the Green indicator light but Bluetooth controller seems to not been detected by the app. RF Connect and BLE scanner is also not able to find the device. What might be the issue. Bluetooth controller of WRGB II SLIM isn't available to purchase so which one should i order if the controller is the issue.

Did you make sure open Bluetooth, GPS and Location Service?

Bluetooth scanner is unable to Search. As shown in the screenshot of both BLE App as well as nRF connect app. All permissions have been granted. Strip on the Led Beads panel is Pink/Red as you can see in the attached image. Is that the reason for the light for not working. If there's light damage the Bluetooth controller should be visible in the nRF connect app right.?Kindly suggest a solution.

The inside waterproof testing paper got red, got short circuited.
Need to replace the bluetooth controller and the whole led beads panel.
