Hi
I am waiting for my light to come next week. I want to know if I can turn on/off the light at any time manually without using the app or Bluetooth or on a timer. If possible, can I set the color at fixed setting, say 20%

I just got the light, thanks.

I am turning on the light using the manual right now. How to turn it off? Do I just need to reduce the power to 0 on the app, that's all?

There are Manual, Auto and Customize modes.
If you wanna manually control the light, just use the "Off" button to turn it off.

I have the new wrgb II 10th anniversary for one week and been manually turning it on and off on the light and on the colors as well. Today when I turn it off, the blue light stays dim, why is that?

By adjusting the percentage from zero to three then lower it down to zero percentage again.
If possible please record a video for technicians to check:
1. In the app switch to Device Information page which includes device ID No and Firmware Version.
2. Enter the light, in Manual mode turn off the light, show us the dim blue.
3. Adjust the percentage from zero to three then lower it down to zero, show us how the light reacts.
 
Tonight is fine. All are off. I will get back to you if the problem continue to happen tomorrow.

For now, do you still need my device ID and firmware versions?

If the problem happens again you can record a video for us to check.

When I tried to turn off the light, it said the connection was lost. I followed the recommendation from this forum by deleting the app then reinstalled it. It was ok but the next day the connection was lost again when I tried to turn on the light.

The strangest thing was that both my old and new fish tank name were there even though I already reinstalled the app, therefore it won't connected and I had to delete and reinstall the app for the second time in two days. Why is it doing that?

Signal issue.

Plug out the bluetooth controller for a few minutes then plug back in again.
Open phone Bluetooth before open the My Chihiros app.
Keep power on always donot use smart plug.
Remove metal items around devices and cables which could block signal.
 
Ok just turning it on, but my old tank name along with the new name came out again. Although I already reset the app. Why is the old name tank shows up again after the app reset.
