Purchased a WiFi hub pro for one of my tanks, installed and connected it and it was working 100% and then about 3weeks later it just dropped the WiFi connection, tried everything, factory reset, disconnected it, deleted my phone app and reinstalled, but it just couldn't find my WiFi, had an IT company come out to check my WiFi, they setup a separate 2.4ghz iot WiFi connection with separate name, nothing it picks up all other WiFi connections except the one that i originally connected to. i contacted the reseller and they send it in to be checked, a week later the reseller contacted me and said they would give me a refund. it seems to be a common defect with the WiFi hub pro, i then settled to take a new hub pro from them instead of a refund. i have currently purchased 36 chihiros products, because of the fact that they offer the WiFi hub pro for remote connection. after installing the new WiFi hub pro all worked 100% again for about 2-3weeks, then again one morning i noticed there is no connection to the hub pro again. but this time it still picks up my WiFi and connects, but when i close the phone app and open it again, it shows all my devices but no connection to any of them, if i delete the hub from my app everything works again via Bluetooth directly from my phone, so i reinstalled the hub again and it connects 100% fine, but when you close the phone app and reopen it later, again all devices are there, but no connection to any, if i check the hub pro screen it shows its connected to my wifi. I did some research and found more people with the same or similar problems with the WiFi hub pro. could somebody at Chihiros please explain this, and how can this be resolved.
