Purchased a WiFi hub pro for one of my tanks, installed and connected it and it was working 100% and then about 3weeks later it just dropped the WiFi connection, tried everything, factory reset, disconnected it, deleted my phone app and reinstalled, but it just couldn't find my WiFi, had an IT company come out to check my WiFi, they setup a separate 2.4ghz iot WiFi connection with separate name, nothing it picks up all other WiFi connections except the one that i originally connected to. i contacted the reseller and they send it in to be checked, a week later the reseller contacted me and said they would give me a refund. it seems to be a common defect with the WiFi hub pro, i then settled to take a new hub pro from them instead of a refund. i have currently purchased 36 chihiros products, because of the fact that they offer the WiFi hub pro for remote connection. after installing the new WiFi hub pro all worked 100% again for about 2-3weeks, then again one morning i noticed there is no connection to the hub pro again. but this time it still picks up my WiFi and connects, but when i close the phone app and open it again, it shows all my devices but no connection to any of them, if i delete the hub from my app everything works again via Bluetooth directly from my phone, so i reinstalled the hub again and it connects 100% fine, but when you close the phone app and reopen it later, again all devices are there, but no connection to any, if i check the hub pro screen it shows its connected to my wifi. I did some research and found more people with the same or similar problems with the WiFi hub pro. could somebody at Chihiros please explain this, and how can this be resolved.

Die App öffnen, auf die Seite "Geräte" wechseln und von oben nach unten wischen um zu "aktualisieren". Ist bei mir jetzt auch so seit es ein App Update letzte Woche gab.
 
Done everything, just spoke to my reseller and they say there is a lot more clients having the same issues and they are refunding my money for the unit. Chihiros is supposed to be a great product, but they are definitely loosing the edge with their on going problems on the WiFi hub pro, and there is no way of finding a contact to deal or speak with them directly, if you are branding and marketing and selling your product as a market leader, then surely should have market leading support and customer care. I will now be thinking twice before buying or recommending chihiros products.

i state my case by saying after this post, i still haven't received any feedback or any solution to the problem.
 
The Wifi Hub Pro is currently suspended from sale due to some unresolved issues.
Please enable automatic updates to receive the latest firmware updates.
