My WiFi Hub Pro is no longer accessible via WiFi on the app, please hep me

I restarted it, but that didn't change anything.
I also removed it from the app, turned it off, restarted it, re-paired it, and reconfigured it. In this case, it reconnects without any problem at startup, but it doesn't appear on the app's Wi-Fi network.
I can't connect to it, even though the device itself is properly connected to Wi-Fi, and my other Chihiros devices appear correctly in hub pro itself
. Can you help me? Its serial number is DYSGTPD5543823CDB5b, and my email address for the Chihiros app is jsasmayoux@hotmail.com.
I also have another problem: one of my two Chihiros pumps, when the Chihiros Hub Pro was working, could no longer connect to the Hub Pro's Wi-Fi network; it remained stuck on Bluetooth. The pump's serial number is: DYTDOSF0EC3BAC6749.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I enabled auto-update yesterday, but it's still inaccessible through the application.
 
I can sometimes connect to the Pro Wi-Fi Hub, but as soon as I close the Chihiros app, it's no longer connected when I reopen it. My version is 1.2.10(150).

HI, After repeatedly unpairing and re-pairing the Pro Wi-Fi Hub about ten times, it finally worked. However, my second dosing pump still refuses to reconnect to the Pro Wi-Fi Hub. Can you help me?

The Wifi Hub Pro is currently suspended from sale due to some unresolved issues.
Please enable automatic updates to receive the latest firmware updates.

So what about now ? How to resolve this issue. Is there any workaround as device status is not updating in the App and all device showing disconnected.
