Unable to create an account

[Fortnite]

Hi there,
I bought a chihiros WRGB PRO 2. Now I wanted to connect to the MyChihiros app, but I can’t create an account to login. The login via Google or Apple doesn’t work aswell. Some advices how to fix it would be much apreciated!

Delete current app.
Download the latest version 2.8.20 app from App Store or Google Play.
Try to use mobile data to login.
