Unable to connect light

Hi. I’ve just bought CII a week ago.
Connected to app and was able to use it for 2 days.
App asked to update every time I operated the light, tried to update, didn’t complete then Lost connection with the light, deleted device, deleted app, reset iphone. Tried everything but app has never been able to connect to light again, stuck at searching… please help

If you didn't complete the update, app couldn't detect the light.
Download an app nRF Connect, find a device named "DfuTarg" and take a screenshot to us.
Next we'll send you a file, you can save and update it manually.

Download attached zip file NEWC2UPDAT and save it in your phone.
Then enter nRF Connect app and follow below steps:

Step 4(The zip file in your phone name is "NEWC2UPDAT")
