Stirrer / Doser delay

1. I've bound the stirrer to the doser. This seems to show as linked, but when I return it, it's not linked.

2. The stirrer is set to run 10 seconds in advance of dosing, but it doses first, then after a delay, it stirs (the opposite) so is a bit pointless.

Thoughts?

Provide 2 screenshots of the Device Information page which includes device ID number and Firmware version of the pump and stirrer.
You can record a video how you link the 2 devices and how they're not linked.

1. Strangely, now it's showing as linked and seems to stay linked after closing the app. Also, force-closing, so this is now working as expected. Before, the "linked" only showed immediately after linking and wasn't persistent, so I didn't know if it was still linked...

2. Please tell me why it's not stirring before, only after...

Technician's reply:
This "linked" doesn't mean the stirrer and pump are connected. Rather, it means that when the pump is operated, the commands sent to the pump will also be sent to the stirrer.
If it hasn't run beforehand, it's recommended that the user enter the stirrer interface and re-set it.

Ok, it is what it is. Thanks for checking.

But why is it not stirring before pumping as set in the app? It stirs after pumping, which is pointless.

As a work around ive set all stirrers to activate for 60 seconds once each day. But I want them to just stir for 30 secs, 30s before each pump is due to activate... i hoped that this "linked" think gave both units the ability to talk to each other.

Hopefully im missing something or doing it wrong!
