Regulator Mate shows “setup error” when adding the time

Hey there, when I try to setup a starting time for the regulator mate, it says setup error and I can’t change it. I already switched devices and reconnect the whole system.

The reason for "Setup error" is usually that the setting data is incomplete, both the opening and closing times need to be set.
You can check and confirm your settings, if both were set well, take a screenshot of the Device Information Page.

I don't even get around to entering a start or end time. As soon as I try to add a time, the error message appears. The previous screenshot is the furthest I can get in the settings.

Take a screenshot of the Device Information page which includes device ID No and Firmware Version.
