Problem with dimming down/ Commander 1

Hi!
I am using a Commander 1 with an A601 since December. Since last week the light goes a few times on-off-on-off when it should start dimming down in the evening. After that, it dims down as it should.
There is no such Problem when the light brightens up in the morning or during the day. What can i do? Is the Commander 1 broken?

There may be a problem of the commander 1, you can replace.
