Password reset request

Hi Admin,
I bought a Chihiros Doctor Mate Bluetooth Edition(DYNDOCD4D34CC61C80), but I cannot connect it via the app.
Because the store I bought it from didn't give me any password information.
Is there a way to factory reset or unlock the device?
