Need to Know use of these Screws in WRGB II Pro Hanging Kit

May be a dump question, can any body help to identify the use of the red circled screws in WRGB II Pro Hanging Kit.

I have shared the email id as direct message, I had checked the installation video in youtube from Chihiros channel, but its not mentioning anything about these screws.

So if I am using Chihiros LED Lights Hanging Stand Kit, the screws that I have mentioned are redundant as hanging stand kit includes the screws to hang the light?

Hanging Stand Kit includes the screws to hang the Hanging Rope Kit, the Hanging Rope Kit is to hang the light.
Need to buy both of them.

Or if you don't buy our Hanging Stand Kit, you can also put the Hanging Rope kit to each stand this way:

No problem, but this stand is not recommended for light size over 60cm due to weight.

Thanks, I am using the stand mentioned below for my WRGB II Pro 60 CM, Can I know the preferred height of the light from the water level?
My tank is 60 CM X 40CM with a 40 CM Height.
