I just purchased the B60 model lamp with 1 bluethoot controller. I downloaded the "My chihiros" app from the play store, I managed to locate my lamp. Only it doesn't allow me to turn it on in any way, either manually or in automatic mode.
I would like to point out that I have all active permissions (Location, Bluetooth)
I ask for help in this regard, as I need to start my aquarium.

Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?
When you plug in the power adapter, did the light turn on?
App could detect the light and you could connect it, but in Manaul mode or Auto mode, it couldn't be controlled?

The power supply light is solid green, I can locate it without problems and connect via bluthoot.
I have the problem later, that the light doesn't turn on either in manual mode or in automatic mode.
It didn't install any kind of firmware update on me.

When it's the first time you plug in the power adapter, did the light turn on?

No, we mean that the light not the indicator light on power adapter.
You can ask the store you bought from to replace a bluetooth controller.
