Dear Support,

I am using two Chihiros WRGB LEDs for many years. I am utilizing Customize mode to set up my own lighting modes. Up to last week, I was very satisfied with this function. But now, I am unable to Load the modes that were created before. I can see the se modes during Load function to pick them, but nothing happens. Moreover, when I prepare some new mode and Save it, I am unable to load it too. I have already tried restart the mobile phone, perform the actualization of the App, log out and log in again. Nothing helps me.

Please, can you help me?

What's your login email of the app?
Take screenshots of the Device Information page which includes device ID NO and Firmware Version of both lights.
Take screenshots of the modes that you load in Customize mode.

There is a bug in saving and reading the settings of the oldest lights.
It has been fixed and will be updated in the next app version.

I have a problem with the app too! I've been using my lights for years, and for the past week, nothing has worked properly! You've released two updates, but the problem is still not fixed. I can’t control the lights; I can only turn them on manually. No matter what timing settings I use, they won’t turn on in auto mode… neither over Bluetooth nor WiFi! Soon, you can check App Store or Google Play for the new app version.

What's your app version number?
 
I think I’ve found the key to the problem! I deleted all devices and the cache, then reinstalled everything. Since I’m using the old Wi-Fi hub, it doesn’t adjust to the correct time during the winter-summer time shift, so I used to offset the start time by one hour. Now it turned out that by deleting the devices, it reverted to the correct time range, so I no longer need to apply the +1 hour offset. It started working properly now. If there are any changes, I’ll let you know. Thank you!
