Magnetic Light 2 and Wifi Hub

I have 2 tanks: the bigger one is equipped with several devices which are all connected via Wifi Hub Pro.

For my second (nano) tank I just changed to a Magnetic Light 2. As the Wifi Hub Pro only supports 1 single tank I gave my older Wifi Hub (NOT Pro) a second life, created a second tank in the app and connected both the Magnetic Light 2 and the Wifi Hub to the new tank (the nano tank) in the app. Then I tried to connect the Magnetic Light 2 via the (old) Wifi Hub which initially worked. But then I discovered that of all 3 timers I had programmed when the Light was directly connected to my phone / the app only one ist showing in the app when the Light is connected via the Wifi Hub. Also the Light constantly asks for a software update but refuses to update via the Wifi Hub. When connected directly via bluetooth to my phone / the app it says there was no update necessary.

Is this a bug? Or is Magnetic Light 2 just simply not fully compatible with the old Wifi Hub?

Is it worth trying to connect the Magnetic Light 2 to the (new) Wifi Hub Pro of the other tank, pretendig it was part of this tank? I didn't try yet as I suspect this might bring some disorder in my perfectly working system...

Wifi Hub Firmware Version 6
Magnetic Light 2 Firmware Version 1

Theoretically, the Magnetic Light 2 should support older WiFi hub.
This might be an issue with the upgrade prompt.
Unplug the old WiFi hub and connect the device via Bluetooth on your phone. If you don't see the upgrade prompt when you first access the device control page, exit to the main interface and then re-enter.

Ok, thank you so far for your answer.

I unplugged the Wifi Hub and removed it from the device list in the app. Then I entered the nano tank and there I entered the Magnetic Light 2 settings. It doesn't ask for an update on the Light's main page. Entering the burger menu and "More Device Info" page it now says "Firmware Version 23". Being not connected via the Wifi Hub the Light now shows all 3 automations again.

Then I went one step further: I also removed the Light completely from my system. I restarted the app, added the Magnetic Light 2 again and reprogrammed my 3 automations. It still showed firmware version 23.

Then I added the Wifi Hub (old version, firmware 6, no update possible) again and connected the Light to the Wifi Hub. And again: the Light shows firmware version 1 again and only shows 1 automation (the one that is actually active). This display remains all day long, even when one of the other automations is active. Switching anything in the light's setup (switching to manual mode, switching the displayed automation on or off) disables the other (not displayed) automations. There is no chance to switch them on again. Only disconnecting the Light from the Wifi Hub reenables full access to all Light settings.

Do you have any other ideas what I could do to connect the Light via the Wifi Hub so that I have full access also from outside of my home wifi?
